  • Excellent Writing Skills and ability to communicate with clients with confidence and conviction.
  • Experience / knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Freelance, Guru, etc.
  • Knowledge of Web Applications and Web Development.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Bidding on Portals like Upwork, Freelancer and Guru etc·
    • Should have a complete understanding sales cycle of Web Development Business from bidding, negotiating till closer·
    • Must have Experienced in Writing Proposals / Costing / Negotiations / Prepare Project schedules.·
    • Preparing Business Engagement Documents Sow, Srs, Rfp/RFQ, Etc
    • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

Requirements

     

    • Online bidding and build business for the company
    • Client Interaction and gathering client requirements.
    • Update and maintain online company profiles and skill set.
    • Promote skills and services being offered by the organization.
    • Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
    • Coordinate with technical team to determine client need, project feasibility and respond to inquiries.
    • Coordination between development team and client, proficiency in writing & reviewing proposals.
    • Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement gathering.
    • Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
    • Capable of Project price estimation, proposal writing and persuading clients for business generation.
